Saturday – 5 miles Tuesday – 5 miles Thursday – 4 miles Friday – 4 miles Total 18 miles Next week has 20 miles for the long run. That should give me a good test for what the marathon will feel like.
1/2 Marathon
Last Saturday was the Silver Comet Half-Marathon in Georgia. My time was a little slower than last years half that I did on Thanksgiving, but it will still be a good stepping stone for the full marathon coming up in January. I finished up in 2:02:24. Next stop is Disney.
